What is this iFEM
2008: Experimental Odyssey
Third annual iFEM is upon us. I'd like to quote mr. James Hetfield to summarize what's going to go down in Inari: "Oh ye-yeah!"
iFEM08 is a festival of creative experiment. First year was restricted to music, but last year we expanded to film and video. This year we will experiment even further, I think. Our international star cavalcade consists of legendary names in Experimental Music and if this year is anything like like previous two, soundscapes and performances will blow some minds to outer space.
Festival takes place in Inari, a small village in the middle of nowhere in Finnish Lapland. Aaand, that's about everything I can tell you now, I'm a bit hung over. Check out pics and mp3:s to get the idea.
